Come join me in LA for the Soaring Solo STARS Series at The Zephyr Theater!

On December 10th at 7:00 PM, you’ll be treated to a tight little tale of pelvic floor health, full of music, confessions, information, and laughs.

Does it sound cringe? I can almost promise you it won’t be, unless I already make you cringe for other reasons, in which case STAY AWAY. There’s nothing I can do. I can assure you, though, there will be no TMI in this show.

(And, c’mon, you know it’s not going to be about-about the pelvic floor! It’s going to be about shame and freedom, self-loathing and self-love, medical mysteries, and Lysol!)

(One more thing: This show is NOT just for women! Men have pelvic floors, too, which I learned way too recently. Women are more likely to have issues with their pelvic floor muscles, but it can also be a thing for dudes and any gender/sex.)
